Full-bore internal capture along the line — joints, welds, liners and wall condition recorded end to end.
Wear measured in millimetres
Laser profiling measures the bore continuously — invert wear, bends and reducers quantified against nominal ID and graded, not eyeballed.
Blockage & buildup location
Restrictions, hardened paste and buildup located by chainage — so intervention happens at the right spot, not along the whole line.
Pre-commissioning verification
New and recommissioned lines verified clean, clear and intact before paste is introduced.

Measured, not eyeballed.
Video tells you something looks worn. Laser profiling tells you how worn — the bore measured to the millimetre, continuously along the line, all the way around the pipe.
That turns an inspection into engineering data: wear depth against nominal ID, buildup thickness, ovality and deformation — and with repeat runs, a measured wear rate you can plan replacement against instead of guessing at it.
