Pipelines are where we started. The same inspection discipline behind the Pipecam name — now aimed at the paste and backfill lines that keep your stopes cycling.

Capabilities

Eyes inside the line.

Internal condition inspection

Full-bore internal capture along the line — joints, welds, liners and wall condition recorded end to end.

Wear measured in millimetres

Laser profiling measures the bore continuously — invert wear, bends and reducers quantified against nominal ID and graded, not eyeballed.

Blockage & buildup location

Restrictions, hardened paste and buildup located by chainage — so intervention happens at the right spot, not along the whole line.

Pre-commissioning verification

New and recommissioned lines verified clean, clear and intact before paste is introduced.

Chainage-referenced findings

Every observation tied to a distance along the line — ready to drop straight into maintenance planning.

Digital line records

Each run logged as a searchable record — condition tracked run over run, replacement planned on evidence.

Millimetre laser profiling

Measured, not eyeballed.

Video tells you something looks worn. Laser profiling tells you how worn — the bore measured to the millimetre, continuously along the line, all the way around the pipe.

That turns an inspection into engineering data: wear depth against nominal ID, buildup thickness, ovality and deformation — and with repeat runs, a measured wear rate you can plan replacement against instead of guessing at it.

Long reach, minimal disruption.

Paste reticulation runs long — and shutting a line down for inspection costs pours. Our system is built for that reality: up to 1,000 metres of pipeline covered in a single deployment, across surface lines and underground reticulation.

Inspections are scoped around your pour cycle and access points, so the line is back in service with a condition report in hand — not sitting idle waiting on one.
